$275.00 per hour. (2 hour minimum)

$125.00 per hour travel time. (I do not charge mileage)

$250.00 cancellation fee (if not canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled mediation time)

Thank you for visiting Bachman Mediations. My intent for this website is to make it as simple as possible for mediations to be scheduled on-line.

John C. Bachman, Esq. is a Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator. He has been mediating workers' compensation cases in the Central Florida area since 1995. He has practiced workers' compensation law since 1989 representing both employer/carriers and claimants.

John will travel to all Central Florida locations.
Simply click on the "SCHEDULE A MEDIATION" button below and choose a date and time from my calendar. Fill out the simple information on the page that pops up and its done. Each party and I will receive a confirming email. The selected time slot will no longer appear on my calendar. Please have one of the parties send me a copy of the Notice of Mediation which includes the style of the case.
